Economy Trade School (ETS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing fast-track employment training for adults 17 and older. Our comprehensive program includes hands-on field experience and classroom instruction to ensure job readiness. We proudly welcome women and individuals from all backgrounds, offering essential life and job skills to help them succeed in the workforce.

Students/trainees will receive 4-6 months paid general labor skills training for masonry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and *electric vehicle. *non-paid

The Economy Trade School serves as a catalyst in providing technical education and training that will generate qualified candidates (Accreditation/Industry recognized) to fill the vacant/unfilled positions in the skilled trade industry throughout Kansas City Metropolitan area.
The demand for builders across the country is high, which means there is an increasing need for construction jobs. Between employee turnover, retiring workers, and new jobs opening, the Bureau of Labor Statistics expects there will be about 488,000 available construction trades jobs each year over the next decade.
