A: No. The program is fully funded for selected participants. In fact, participants receive a participant stipend, plus a mileage stipend.
A: Not at all! This program is built for beginners and career changers alike. All we ask is that you bring a commitment to learning.
A: Our goal is to connect you directly to employment or a union apprenticeship. While we cannot guarantee employment, we provide robust support including job placement assistance, hiring events, and partner referrals.
A: We provide personalized support for all learning styles, including learning assessments, tutoring, and differentiated instruction.
A: The program is intensive and runs during daytime hours, so full-time employment is not recommended. However, the weekly participation and mileage stipends are designed to offset financial challenges. during the 16 weeks.
A: We are currently accepting applications. The number of participants will determine the number of participant openings made available.
We’re looking for motivated individuals ready to take the next step. No prior experience in construction is needed—just a willingness to learn, grow, and commit.
