A: Not at all! This program is built for beginners and career changers alike. All we ask is that you bring a commitment to learning.

A: Our goal is to connect you directly to employment or a union apprenticeship. While we cannot guarantee employment, we provide robust support including job placement assistance, hiring events, and partner referrals.

A: The Multi-Craft Core Curriculum (MC3) is a nationally recognized certification that prepares individuals for registered apprenticeships. It is endorsed by North America’s Building Trades Unions (NABTU).

A: We provide personalized support for all learning styles, including learning assessments, tutoring, and differentiated instruction.

A: The program is intensive and runs during daytime hours, so full-time employment is not recommended. However, the weekly stipend and transportation support are designed to offset financial challenges during the 16 weeks.

A: We currently accept 6 students per cohort to ensure personalized support and hands-on training.
