ETS is providing a fast track to employment with comprehensive training for job readiness, materials, safety tools, and life skills to ensure students are workforce-ready. The program includes 180 hours of hands-on field experience and 150 hours of classroom instruction in subjects such as reading and math. Students will receive compensation throughout the program based on the following payment schedule.
