Mr. Delbert Selectman has owned and operated his construction company, Dello Eco, for nearly twenty years. The firm specializes in sandblasting, interior painting, and masonry. Mr. Selectman takes great pride in creating professional opportunities for second-chance citizens.

– Project Management: Nominated as Small Businessman of the Year in 2012 for the City of Kansas City, Missouri, for his work as Project Manager for A&A Industrial Services.
