Mrs. Anissa Brown

Anissa has over two decades of experience in sales, service, and organizational leadership. She is dedicated to fostering collaboration, building community partnerships, supporting youth development, and empowering individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit. Her professional background includes comprehensive expertise in outreach initiatives, financial education, and volunteer service.

Anissa has been recognized for her ability to establish meaningful relationships with clients and business partners, particularly in efforts to support underserved communities. She has received multiple performance awards throughout her career. Most recently, she held the position of Vice President, Business Banking Officer, and has served in various management roles within several financial institutions across the Greater Kansas City Metro area. Additionally, Anissa holds leadership positions on multiple nonprofit boards and is deeply involved in volunteer work. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Southern University and A & M College and later obtained a Master of Science in Management from Baker University in Baldwin, KS. Anissa resides in Wyandotte County with her husband, four daughters, and their family dog.

She is also an active member of Oak Ridge Missionary Baptist Church in Wyandotte County.
